I Have Obtained a Brodband connection from airlink communication in october 2012. my customer id is bhav0562v. from the very initial period of my connection, no proper service has been provided by the provider, I had complaint the issue several times but they are not responding to my query. this is like mental harassment to me by the service provider. even they are using a power connection of my office from last 1.5 months to connect with its modem and other electronic devices. they are even not sending their service engineer to remove power connection from my office. Due to this my electricity bill goes up. Now I request your good self to please take some strict action against such service provider to set example
I want my payment back which was paid by me to the service provider. in addition the cost of electricity bill which has to be incurred by the company and was incurred by me.
