I have been using airlink broadband services since 12 days only and come to know that they are misusing TRAI’s 80% policy and keeping their maximum speed at 80% of total speed.
i have 600kbps day and 2mbps night speed plan but in the day i have never got 600kbps speed always 512 kbps and when I complain they are saying this is what all customer gets and saying no complain will be taken.
also they are refusing to refund my payment.
