This complaint is about airtel prepaid mobile. I had gotten a message yesterday which goes like: 90=90 Rs FULL TALKTIME, Recharge Today, Extra Talktime in Four Hours. What I got was 77.10 Rs and after for hours +7 Rs which is = 84.10 Rs. When I enquired they say it is only a 84 Rs recharge on 90 Rs and cut my phone as soon as possible. I had talked with two costmer care employes: 1 Arun 2 Kuldeep They are behaving like as I am an illiterate person. I want my money back and also want to sue them for this harassment. Please do something as soon as possible. Thanks
