Hi I had taken an airtel broadband connection whose account number was 7006326903 and landline number was 08042133205. It was registered on 05/06/2013 with reference number 33731564. I had paid 500 rupees security deposit to the airtel executive who visited my office and filled and signed the broadband agreement. The receipt number is TBLR640282, whose copy i have. After 11/06/2013 there was no service due to some technical problem for many days. So i requested for cancellation of my airtel account on 16/6/2013. They are supposed to cancel the account within 7 days. My bill for the broadband usage is 260.97.Please verify that the connection has been closed permanently. Kindly deduct the bill amount from my security deposit and refund my money. the refund comes to 500-260.97=239.03 Also have sent me a false bill of 449 for telephone usage. airtel number : 08042133205 bill period : 11/06/2013 to 10/07/2013 bill number : 135628209 I had never availed this telephone service, i had only availed the broadband service mentioned above so this bill is false. Kindly refund me the amount of 239.03 and make sure that my broadband account is deactivated and i am not being sent any fake bills.

I am having a loss of 239.03 rupees if my money is not refunded.
