I have recharged for 198 plan my airtel no. is 7738305557 and i am not able to access net called customer care on 198 2 days before cc agent was not ready to help was telling thankyou for calling airtel he repeated 3 times and disconnected the phone. I have called today and the cc agent was not providing any details on 198 and ask for manager he disconnected the call. This the way you treat your customers I have got this new connection and planning to take 2 more but this is the service I will say everyone not to take airtel connection, I will write on all the blogs as on call I am not getting solution. I am 100% dissatisfied customer of airtel if you are not capable of providing service should stop selling new connections. Shoaib 7738305557
