I have activated Airtel 3G service which costs 1250/- a month. The speed promised by the Airtel is 7.2Mbps. The speed which I am getting is 20kbps-40kbps.
I have called customer care service around 24 times. They have registered two complaints with registration number C3GDN21105995298 & C3GSP31104708692.
It has already been more than 4 days, but the issue is still there.
Any calls made to the customer care team is redirected to their senior people by the customer care executives which never completes and the call kept on busy tone for more than 20 mins.
