Airtel 3G – Unfair Wrong Billing

Hi,

My billing amount average is Rs. 2,500 which is justified with the kind of plan and my mobile usage. For the month of October 2012, i received a bill of Rs. 5,300 which clearly shocked me as it is double the amount of what is usually pay. Upon seeking clarification on the amount i was told that it is justified as i had exceeded my GPRS usage. I had asked for detailed usage bifurcation with the mentioned URL so that i could look into the matter gravely. I have received none. Since i have explained the issue repeatedly to the customer care and appellate department, pointing out that the amount cant possibly be justified. My billing history should be a clear indication of this. The below mentioned details of my 3G usage are incorrect. 141 25/SEP/2012 10:08:22 403airtelgprs.com 10241(10 mb) 10.26 This charge repeats itself automatically every 10 mins starting on the above mentioned date & time and ending on the 27th of September. There are close to 387 charges of the same amount on my bill which are incorrect. I am extremely annoyed with the way airtel has treated my concern let alone the inconvenience that they have caused.
