Airtel 3G Validity Reduced to 5 days from 30 Days

I had activated Rs 47 monthly prepaid plan for 3G with data of 150 Mb on 18th May. I have bought using Airtel application on Android and have the screenshot with me which says it is Rs 47, 150 Mb, monthly plan, and validity field is blank. 1. I did not receive any configuration SMS on the same day. I had to call on 20th May to inform them. As yet I can’t use 3G, only edge. 2. The validity of the plan is said to end on 23rd May. This is clear fraud as there was no validity period mentioned and given it is said to be monthly plan the validity should be 1 month from date of activation. When I called customer care on 121 the person said the validity is till 23rd May (5 days) and he can’t help with that.

Airtel should activate 3G (not EDGE) on my phone immediately and give 1 month validity from the date of real activation of 3G, not date of purchase. They should be penalized for duping all customers with giving 5 days validity.
