Hi, I have been having serious issues with Airtel 4G LTE connection with modem. I have lodged several complaints but they have not provided any permanent resolution. The complaint details are given below: Complaint number : 46802465 31-Oct-2012 Complaint number : 47002837 11-Nov-2012 Complaint number : 49390744 17 mar 2013 Complaint number : 50060843 : 20 Apr 2013 Complaint number : 52425020 23 Aug 2013 Complaint number : 54515311 05-Jan-2014 Complaint number : 54899537 01-Feb-2014 Complaint number : 54898298 01-Feb-2014 (This is to close the account after my frustration) All these complaints have been due to frequent disconnection / poor speed.
Barring one incident, Airtel engineers have not solved the root of the problem and hence you see so many complaints. I might have used their service with frequent disconnections because I had no choice. They expect me to pay full amount after all these discomfort. I have now closed the connection but I am still receiving reminders from Airtel to pay the amount. Please help in resolving the issues. Paying the amount is not a burden for me. I don’t want this behavior of Airtel to continue that will affect consumers. Regards Madhusudhan
