Airtel offered a plan and activated a entirely different plan to my mobile, for this i contacted Airtel customer care as well as Appellate authority to escalate this issue. But there is no response from them to take the resolution of issue. These kind of bad remarks i faced with Airtel earlier also Now i decided to change net work provider.
