i am using airtel since 2 years i live in noida in my old mom-dad in jabalpur.. last month i file a complaint that my home landline is dead and internet not working..i have to call around 10 times..after 10 days the issue is resolved i came back to noida and the phone is dead again..every time i called they provide me totally wrong information i became so frustrated now ..now they are saying that my bill is due but they dont called me regarding this issue..everytime they provide me wrong informationthe phone is dead but they are sending rs 600 bill..
i want good service no false commitment plus reduce the bill of 600 rs
