My father had visited Darjeeling in February. During sight-seeing he had visited a place from where the border of Nepal was visible which was at a far distance. But still the network operator had deducted a amount of Rs.250/- as International Charges. We had contacted the customer care immediately but they said, they cannot refund the amount even though you have not crossed the border. Then further we kept on complaining trying to get the refund. Now, it has been more than 3months that we are complaining but we are not getting any response.

We only want refund of 250rs.
