I put a 150 Rs balance on my Airtel number.I already had a 3G pack on my phone which had enough balance for my internet use. After I put in the balance and started using the internet,my full phone balance was deducted including a chunck of the 3G data balance. I was told that my balance was deducted as a result of usinf the GPRS internet.My complaints are as follows: 1.When I have an internet data pack with enough balance on my phone,why was the internet usage done though my phone balance? 2.I called for 4-5 hours,only 2-3 time could I talk to the customer care people who just cut the call in the name of transferring it to ‘a senior desk member’.This is complete harrasment and wastage of my time and money.
I want my 150 Rs back along with the settlement for all the time I spent trying to call and talk to the customer care at Airtel.I also want damages for all the mental harassment I had to go through.
