Airtel – Automatic VAT activation and charging poor service customer care

I have been using Airtel post paid connection (9840712155 ,account-no :103-101305677).On Mon, 30 Sep 2013 i have got SMS from airtel saying that FASHION AND GLAMOUR MAIL service is active for your account to stop this send sms to .Then i have sent mail to 121@in.airtel.com about the incident and got reply as “Further we wish to inform you as we have verified your account and found that there is no such type of VAS activated in your account.” and sent 121 again and got the same reply. When i called customer care they told that it has been active since from 2012 . I checked my old bills and shocked that they are deducting under SMS thers section (120 rs per month ) with “SubsServ_Fashionand Gla” tag and sent mail on 11 Oct 2013 and got the reply ” We would like to confirm that a waiver of Rs.205.62/- towards VAS charges has been posted in your account on 12-10-2013. The credit amount for the same will be reflecting in your forthcoming invoice dated 06-11-2013.” . Then i asked why it is refunded for one month but deducted for almost year. I have registered complaint in AKOSHA poratl . They replied with “we have checked our records and established that the charges levied are valid and correct as per the usage initiated and the tariff plan opted” please help

Refund for the activated period
