i am using an airtel postpaid no. 9650998648 for about 2 years. on 28th july 2013 i called airtel customer care representative and asked Ms Soni Kumari, Interation ID 132584275 for activation of Rs. 125.00 internet data pack which gives 1GB data free for 30 days. Ms Soni kumari said that pack is activated on my postpaid no. and i can use 1GB free data for 1 month but on 01.08.2013 i came to know that non on Rs 125 data has been activated on my no. till my internet usage was (i.e from 28th july to 1 aug) 135 MB which costs Rs 1350.00 is there is no data pack on your no. @ 10 paisa /KB. i than complain airtel customer care at 121 and 198 no.’s also i lodged emails to nodal officer of airtel NCR region. when i talked to nodal officer he said that sir there is no mistake from airtel side, he also said that you never told airtel for Rs 125 data pack activation. i than told him that if you have any doubt you can listen to my conversation with Ms. Soni kumari but nodal officer said he can’t listen to our conversation. its a betrayal and cheat from airtel side, i need Rs 1350 to be deducted from my next bill which will be generate on 26th Aug 2013. I am also forwarding emails which i sent to airtel.
