I am using Airtel 125 data pack, and it is valid till 18th this month, and I have data limit available still money is getting deducted from my AIRTEL number 7387185892. No one in customer call centre picks up my call.

I have experienced and read on this site about the poor quality of Call center Customer care with Airtel. Why is the tRAI Silent on this issue ? DoT at least is a mecca of Corruption but at least TRAI must take some measures.
