i use a postpaid plan of airte bharti. i had exceeded my free usage limit in the previous bill cycle so i opted to increase my plan. i first cleared my due and then asked the service provider to change my plan for the coming bill cycles. the service provider had promised that my bill plan could be changed once in every bill cycle. i have not changed my bill plan in this bill cycle but still the service provider says that i need to wait for this bill cycle to complete and the changes can be done in the next bill cycle only. he is cheating me, and forcing me towards unnecessary extra charges.
i wan the service provider to change my plan as early as possible and return me the extra amount apart from the fixed rentals that i have paid on account of not changing the bill plan.
