My grievances:- 1. Connection applied on 09 Jan 2014 not activated / services not usable due to some technical reasons from Airtel; the service provider resulting in Deficiency of Services. 2. Bill raised despite the connection not working and the consumer not getting the promised service. 3. Airtel executives, despite giving necessary details in the application by the applicant have recorded wrong name and have also issued a new relationship number despite providing the necessary details. I have a copy of the application filled by me. I am absolutely harassed and have lost my patience with the issue. Need help to fight unfortunate battle with Airtel.
I am absolutely harassed and have lost my patience with the issue. I would want airtel to provide me a compensation of Rupees Five Lacs for the deficiency of service, mental stress and harassment and loss of face that I faced in front of the company I worked with due to non-commencement of airtel’s data services. Also Commence the services for the connection applied.
