Airtel – Billed when line down for 30 days

The broadband line was dead from 12.07.2013 till 10.08.2013. Despite one month of continuos harassment it was made operational on 10.08.2013. But the complaint 35516008 which was given by me on 12.07.2013 was closed without my knowledge and consent. I am also billed for the complete period during which the line was completely non functional.

I had to miss many of the bill payments to be made due to the down time for 30 days from 12.07.2013 to 10.08.2013. I request airtel to provide documentary evidence that I have acknowledged that my complaint has been resolved. I have done so only on 10.08.2013 on the job sheet signed by Airtel engineer in my presence. Refer my Earlier complaint 53567/4/2013 in CORE against Airtel which also was regarding the fraudulent closure of complaints without customers’ consent.
