My telephone no is 08041625093. I had registered a complaint on 19th November 2012 in Airtel Customer Care as my broadband was not working. After several requests and complaints the problem had been fixed permanently on 18th December 2012. Since, I have not received broadband services in a timely manner and was not able to use for 30 days, I have asked for 30 days of waiver. However I was told Airtel can give 7 days (INR 275) waiver since it is an issue with faulty modem. I must mention, the modem has been provided by Airtel on Feb 2012 and it was within warrenty period. That is why, on complaint, Airtel has replaced the modem but I do not understand why they are charging me for 23 days. I am using the same connection for past 7 years and always paid the bills within due date. However I dont want to support such illogical billing and charging. Even they have detected the modem issue 20 days after the initial complaint. So, from any angel it does not make sense to give only 7 days of waiver.
For past 30 days, I was not able to use the internet connection which is important for me to do bussiness meeting and communications in odd hours and weekends.
I need a one month billing relief of INR 1050.
