My name is Arun Prakash. My mobile number is 8098443312. And my SIM number is 8391400000066934649 2. I recently switch over my two vodafone numbers to airtel through mobily portability. I have submitted my all relevant documents to airtel dealer (Shop Name- Gayathiri, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu). After 1 week i received one message that my documents are not submitted to the above mentioned number. Immediately i contacted the dealer and submitted another set of doc’s, incase he may miss the first set. After 1 week i was stopped frpm making calls, and this time i submitted another set of doc’s and also i registered my complaint through Airtel’s customer care service. I was given Nodal officer number but i couldn’t contact him through my other mobile also(which i used to register my complaints). Now i was permanently stopped from Airtel’s Service. One dealer itself saying that they wont activate my mobile number again. I dont know where the problem lies. I want this number very badly, bcos my business, Bank accounts are linked with this number only.. Can any one guide me get my number back?
