I had given March 30th the application for coverting my post paid connection number 9840103503 to pre paid.
The same day it self they converted it into pree paid.I was happy about the service.

But see after 20 days they call up me and told that the stamp size photo is not valid as i was not in the town I submitted the passport size photo on 17th April 2010 at airtel office.I have only one question a person ho takes care about this department should know the procedure and all about it .But the person who dont een knoe to talk will tranish the image of Airtel and brand also.

Today when I callled airtel 121 they told they had not recived the papers. so please contact the saidapet.

After all nobody knows the numbet any of the airtel agents number as a customer you will have to search in net and find out , even in 121 they will behave as just born babies.They donts know is the only answer you will get.

As iam doing a bussiness my phone 9840103503 both incomming and out going is been bared.
Think about my valuble customers who tried to contact me.

I was with airtel for past 9 years as valuble customer.
They look the pre paid customer like some thing else.
