Airtel Broadband – illegally stolen fcharges

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using Airtel Broadband, DTH and Two Post Paid connections since one and half years. When we initially took Broadband connection one and half years back, we were given 2Mbps and 30GB download limit at the cost of Rs1500/- (inclusive of all taxes) and now it has been increased to Rs1600/-(inclusive of all taxes). I have my friend using Airtel and they are being charged Rs760/-(inclusive of all taxes) since more than an year now. Another case is with my neighbor who pays Rs1050/- (inclusive of all taxes) for 4Mbps and 30GB since more than 6 months. We have been trying to contact Airtel Customer care to understand why there is a difference in our billing but they have never responded. Please note that Airtel charges Rs.50 per minute while talking to customer care, the customer care executives deliberately keep us on hold for long duration and doesn’t provide us the required information, when we call customer care again, a new executive will come online and we have to explain them everything from scratch starting from verification. There is absolutely no response for our e-mail communications. Airtel has literally cheated me by levying extra charges for my broadband connection and earning money through illicit way by charging me on customer care calls, deliberately dropping our calls in the middle and forcing us to call us again. My Airtel DTH has specific channels and the channels will be changed without even intimation to us, later when we call customer care (which is again paid service) then we are asked pay extra money to get back those channels. Kindly help me in getting my money back that Airtel has illegally stolen from me by not reducing the charges and while it has been reducing charges for other customers, I had to pay increased charges.
