This is to bring to your notice that I have requested for airtel broadband on 4th June 2013, the person took 600 Rs from me, I got a message stating that my request ID is 14761947 and the will get back to me within 3 days, on the third day I contacted them and they said that we cannot give me connection due to some reason, I asked if I can wait to get the service, they said we do not have information on if I will get connection or not, I took different connection, after 8 to 10 days they said they will come to my place and give me connection, I said I have already done that, I just want my refund, till now they have not refunded, there 3 cases were created, case went to elevation managers, even they do not do anything, everytime I have to call and every time they will give a different story, sometimes they say you did not get the cheque because your number is wrong, some say that the number is not reachable some will say I did not pick up the call, this cannot be a co-incident that I do not pick only airtel’s call, they can give the cheque at my place someone will be there, my last 2 case ID’s are 37024846 and 38207938 ppl from airtel called me 1 day but after that no one seems to be bothered
