Airtel Broadband Service – technical and other issues my installation could not be processed

Dear Sir, This is Shashikanta Sharma from Kolkata i have applied for Airtel Broadband Service at my office premises on 30-08-2013. The details for which are as follows CRF No/serial No : KLPA215791, Log in Date: 04.09.13.No given: 8697241510 For new installation i had given them a cheque Ref No : 706841 amounting rs 2750/- On enquiry about the status of my installation i was told that due to some technical and other issues my installation could not be processed at the address provided which is 71 Canning Street, Bagree Market Kolkata-700001. But the amount of rs 2750 was debited from my account and no refund had been made to me till date..I have tried contacting them several times but till today i havent got any satisfied answer to my query as if these people are there to loot people money.Before i was told that my amount paid will be refunded to me by 20th December, 2013 and its 28th today still not a single credit from them.I seek proper explanation for this delay and want my refund as ASAP.I have complained on your website several times and at all times the case got closed without any proper reply from your end. request you to take this matter in priority and refund my money Asap.

I want my refund as soon as possible because its already been more than 4 months and every time i contact with them they give a future date which go by every time and i wait for my money.
