A broad band connection used under the telephone connection 0421-4337768 was not in use for the past 25 days and at Tiruppur local gallery it was intimated by written request for disconnection against that we received an acknowledgement from your office vide SR No. 30590778 S.No.128805 on 16.03.2013 and intimated that the process will take min.7 days to max.15 days. So far we have not been received any information regarding cancellation of the above said connection. Pls. let us know the position and give us the balance pay till the date of closure intimation.
