Dear Team, I have been using airtel mobile service since 2008 where in the bill plan was airtel advantage 99 with GPRS 199(Unlimited plan). But the bill plans were changed without any kind of information to me which has resulted in heavy bill. 1:- The bill plan was AIRTEL ADVANTAGE 99 when i opted for the connection till the september (2011) billing cycle of 17th aug 2011 to 18th september. But suddenly airtel has changed the bill plan to Bajaj Allianz CUG (corporate) plan without any intimation from 16th oct 2011 onwards. 2:- I had been using the 199/- GPRS unlimited plan since I opted for airtel mobile service in 2008. But on 8th Jan 2014 airtel changed the GPRS plan to 98/- (2gb)plan without any information. I came to know about the change in plan when I called up the call centre around 10th feb to enquire why my GPRS connection was not working. call centre person (Mr. Sai Sahoo) also informed that the internet usage has gone up to around Rs 8000/- so the net connection has been blocked. I have raised my query with tercentennial person how the bill plan has been changed without any information and if my credit limit per bill is 5600/- how come the present bill has gone upto 8864/-. I have been writing mails to airtel(Appellate officer) since 24th Feb 2014 but they always revert as “we are looking into the matter and the same would take time.” Now, on 1st March they have stopped the outgoing calls after sending an sms. From 10th March 2014 airtel has stopped the incoming calls its showing “SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED” without any intimation I have attached the sep & oct (2011) and feb (2014)bill and the password for these files is “ndc5”
The bill amount to be rectified. late charges not to be imposed
