9 rupees per month. my bill was always come around 1000 rupees. now Feb. and march bill around total 5000 rupees. my mailing process is
i wrote mail on 23rd Feb. they answered me escalate your case but 23rd to till now no response. i drop mail many time but no answer found. please do need full for the same.

i want actual billing. or claim the same. or mental harassment refund.
