Liquidated damages due to my airtel SIM de-registered – 9810046xxx Dear Sir, I am Sandeep Singh having airtel mobile connection 9810046327. Three months back on my request, airtel activated 3G connection on my mobile and charging hefty INR 900 per month. However speed is very very less and I made complaint various times. At last airtel told me that my SIM is not compatible for 3G since it is old designed SIM. So I need to visit some airtel outlet and get my SIM checked. My query is how airtel has activated and charged for 3G connection when they have not ensured and provided me with microSIM. Further on 12th April, 2014 I made a visit to airtel outlet located in Jagat Farms, Greater Noida. They provided me with a SIM and told me that it would be activated in 4 hours. However till now that has not been activated. To make things worse, airtel has deactivated my existing SIM very promptly within one hour. So I am without network for last 2 days and still there is no progress even after complaining 20 times and devoting my 3-4 hours on this job. I am at a very senior and responsible position in a multinational company and nobody expect from me that my mobile remain disconnected for so long. I underwent a mental torture and feeling of being cheated and therefore I want suitable monetary penalty on Airtel along with apology, failing which I would deduct the amount from the bill. Apart from that I have multiple problems in broadband connection 0120-4202054. It never showed speed of 10 MBPS for which I am paying. It varies mostly under 4-6 MBPS, manytimes 1-2 MBPS. It is not acceptable and airtel to see not to cheat people with wrong commitments. I am paying hefty INR 1500 for this broadband connection. Regards, Sandeep Singh
