Hi, Can someone help me understand how Airtel Maharashtra Prepaid charge me for Internet Usage without me activating GPRS on my phone connection? I had Rs.361 talk time balance on my phone yesterday. I had connected to my home wifi and browsed the internet. Now, I have 0 balance left. Airtel customer carew says that I used Rs.355 on access to gprs.airtel.com I was to activate GPRS today or tomorrow. But, I have not yet done so. This is Unethical Business practice from Airtel India
