I lodged complaint against Airtel on 20.10.13 and on 23.10.13 the company closed my complaint without any remedy with following SMS to my no8670022966 ” (1/2) Namaste!Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile 8670022966 has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is CBNRA21023464081 registered on 23-oct-2013″ The company requested me to provide alternate no and I did it as 9733161442 on 23.10.13,but the company did not contact further or gave any remedy. Pls reopen my complaint and arrange for remedy.
