Hi, My Airtel number is 9872422770 and its been 10 years since I have been using this number. Without any rhyme or reason your company decides to deactivate my connection after 10years. When asked in the customer care centre, the reply I get is that my documents are incomplete. I was told that they will get back to me but I have not heard any response from the executives since past 2 days. Each time I follow up I do not get any response and the executives seem disinterested. Due to this unprofessional behavior of the executives, my phone is shut since almost a week and I am facing a lot of difficulties. I have been loosing out on important business calls and good opportunities. I have been very patient in this whole matter but being patient is not helping me anymore. So i have decided that i am going to take this issue to the consumer court. I am amazed how such a reputed company like yours treats its loyal customers. I will never recommend anybody to use airtel.
