My cellphone network was suddenly disconnected at around 10:30pm on August 12, 2014. I called the customer care @ 9892098920 4-5 times but they just kept telling me that there is some issue and it will get resolved soon. Its been 2 days now and the issue has not been resolved. I called them again and now they are saying that they do not have my details. They have deleted my number from their system. I have no clue what has happened. I really want some strict action to be taken against them. I have been using Airtel for almost 10 years. I have never been able to use my internet when I have gone out of mumbai to Haryana, Bengaluru, Kerala, etc. I have called the customer care several times but they could never resolve the issue. I am really sick of this service provider and I am sure there are lot of people suffering just like me.

This issue has really frustrated me to the core and I wish to port my number to vodafone. I have refilled my phone for an sms pack worth Rs 95 and 3G services worth Rs 455 but it is going waste as I do not have network. Besides I have to use other people’s network on hotspot and wifi to use internet which is embarrassing. Secondly, I have to manage my official emails on my phone which is not possible.
