Airtel – Connectioned Barred, payments are up to date

we have made all the payments on time for mobile no 9711711xxx, 9899276xxx & 9811684xxx and still they have disconnected our service from 3rd January 2014, one of their executive Ms. Tanpree (9958002xxx) had promised us that the problem will be resolved asap. but it is not yet resolved and barred the connection instead.

We are unable to speak to our customers and losing our face value too. we are unable to communicate with our business leads and partners.

Restoration of our service with an apologize.
