Airtel – Data Pack or TalkTime not credited

I recharged AIRTEL mobile no.8827085xxx (MP Circle) via PAYTM on 21-Apr-14 for Rs.155.Money got deducted from Bank & got recharge message form AIRTEL successfully on the same day.But for Data-pack/talk-time I have been ruining behind them since then around 11 days.I raised complaints,on 24-Apr-14 at customer help-desk in Jabalpur apart from writing couple of mails to higher level but nothing has been worked out.Now I would request you to take strict action against AIRTEL.

Whatever maximum penalty for such negligence & not looking customers issues on a higher priority.They have already got money from my bank account but not giving benefits to 8827085390. Now I don’t want any talktime or data pack on mobile number.I just want maximum punishment in terms of compensation.So it would be learning to Airtel staff & common man would not be suffering in future for even 10 rupees.
