Airtel Data Pack Recharge unsuccessful

My name is Abraham Samuel. So, I wanted to recharge my data Pack with 1Gb data for my Airtel no: 7042679353 using Airtel Money on, I’d say, 10th of May. So I first wished to check the amount I had to pay. And for that I checked Airtel’s website -> http:/airtel.in/ Airtel3G/tariff.html. It clearly stated that the amount to be paid for 1gb pack would be Rs . 249/-. So I entered that amount in the Airtel Money >Prepaid. I got the message that recharge was successful and also got the message that the transaction was successful and saw that money had been deducted from my Airtel Money account. But till now I do not see any 1Gb data added to my account. I called their customer care and he put me to hold and no one answered back. I sent emails on 121@AirtelMoney.in and all I get is “we’ll get back to you soon.” And no recharge till now! Please help me.

Airtel 3G data Plan
Sir / Madam I have recharged Rs.14/- data plan for my mobile number (9790858370) today and started using Internet. When I stopped browsing I found my main balance got debited for around Rs. 15/-. While seeking customer care support, they are not connecting my call. Please assist.
