Whenever we activate the data plan on our Airtel numbers, the data charges are still deducted from the main balance instead of the dedicated balance. Each time customer care have some stupid reason to give and the problem seems to be unresolved for almost a year now. They do not even bother to refund the amount deducted unnecessarily. This seems to be the strategy adopted by Airtel for making money. This is shameful kind of earning. Shameful !!!
