Airtel Deactivated SMS Without Reason

my incoming sms service is working fine but outgoing sms service says”requested facility not subscribed ” it happened all of a sudden and despite no. of calls to customer care executive. They reroute to some other numbers who are not concerned with this department.

My complaint fell on deaf ears in Airtel Customer Care. Its been around six months that this problem is unresolved.
Please help and resolve the issue ASAP.
