Airtel – dealy in processing verification

Hi , I got calls from charity organisation and marriage portal, but I haven’t registered for any of the above. They have collected my information from service providers database , but I haven’t acknowledged to share my mobile number with any one by the service providers. This is really a very big treat when the personal information like mobile numbers are being shared without my knowledge. marriage portal number – 04439108358 Also , recently I tried to change from prepaid to postpaid connection with the help of their sales executive. The duration to activate the request post all verification was defined as 2 hours , but the same was not done. So I contacted the customer care and got to know the total processing time including verification duration is 72 hours, but still after completion of 72 hours the same was not done. Again when I contacted the customer care , they provided information post deactivation of prepaid sim it will take 72 hrs to change and activate for post paid connection. The information which they provide to customers is not uniform and reliable. My connection has been disconnected for more than 24 hours and they are not providing proper solution and making me lingering. The sales executive whom I contacted is also not providing the information properly. I want you to help me and take corrective measure.

The service provider has to provide me compensation for the delay and stress they caused. Their executives needs to be made aware of the process. Legal action to be taken on the service provider for data vulnerability.
