In continuation my previous complaint no.85975.4.2014, I am to state that I did not receive any help/relief. More over till date neither any information nor any solution provided to me by any means. I already attended the customer care centre near sampath vinayaka temple, vizag for the fifth time on 24.04.14 but as the last time one of Airtel customer care executive namely Ms.Behera refused me for any information or any solution rather suggested me to contact idea customer care for any information. I had concrete proof about that incident. So please look into my case because as i submitted my application with documentary proof at airtel customer care centre twice, its their job to provide me any information regarding my application. Took it as an appeal in my case please.
