The issue is yet to resolved whereas the status of the complaint changed to resolved without my consent. I tried time and again to contact on the helpline no. of CORe but the number is busy and also i have submitted by reply to CORE. The amount paid by me is Dongle – 500 + Charges – 1500. The service which I was suppose to get was 7.2 MBPS speed whereas due to defective dongle it was only 120 kbps. Issue taken up with airtel many times but not resolved yet.

Rs. 2000 paid to airtel + Rs. 8000 as harassment and mental stress (as got call from police also on this issue.)
