Airtel – delay in change the caller tune poor service

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been an Airtel customer for the last 3 years. I have a complaint to report to you and the relevant details are as under:- During the last 5-6 months, I have been approaching Airtel (continuously from Dec, 13) with a request to change the caller tune in my mobile. I tried to change my caller tune vide all possible means viz., Internet, messages & on customer care (number 121) almost on a daily basis 3 to 4 times. But, no one would answer my calls/communications properly. The concerned Executive would make me hold for 15-20 minutes and only to cut off the call eventually without even bothering to attend to my request forget about giving a solution. I lodged complaints many times but, no response was ever received. I have records in my mobile to substantiate my claim. I do not really understand as to what is the problem at their end. Even if they have an issue with my number, it is their responsibility to sort it out. They have no business to torture me like this. I am a working woman with so many commitments to attend to in my office and I simply cannot afford the luxury of having to call Airtel’s office daily 2-3 times wasting 20 minutes each time. This is totally illogical and untenable. You cannot imagine how much problems and harassment, I have been continuously subjected to for the past 2 months, all because of utter negligence and irresponsible attitude of your executives. I am not only charged against hello tune & messages sent for seeking a change in caller tunes. This is reprehensible especially when even my complaint is not being attended to. Besides, the cost of continuous harassment cannot even be quantified. In view of above, I request you attend to my complaint ‘immediately’ and also suitably compensate me for the inconvenience and harassment/torture caused all through during the last 5-6 months.
