Airtel – delay in new Broadband connection no support

i applied for airtel broadband connection on 30th December . i paid a advance of rs 500 also they said u will get the connection by Tuesday but its more than 1 week daily i am going to your showroom 2 times and your guys are saying today we will solve the issue and within one hour u will get the connection this is going on for past one week either u give it today or give my money back i ll g with some other brand who can provide better service then you infact airtel is giving worst service in Chennai i am bond to use airtel according to my company policy i otherwise i would never recommend any one to use this worst network.

I want this issue to be solved immediately either provide me connection immediately or reimburse for my losses my earlier complaint also i faced a big loss due to you guys and nothing was reimbursed . They take almost 2 months just to activate my postpaid mobile connection in Chennai what other loss can i mention against them .
