I have tried to update my address with the Retail Outlet twice and they are not showing any interest and not giving proper response. I would like to Update my Adress to my prepaid account as soon as possible. They have been telling to go to the Santhome Office and they are not responding properly.

When ever i called the customer service they are sending me to the store again and again. They also made me wait for more than an hour and still my issue is unresolved.

Please do the needful. I am ready to give the address proof. How ever they are not ready to take it. Pls resolve the same
