I am customer of Bharti airtel for the last so many year. A dispute regarding activation of black berry service was arisen with you concern. The payment of bill of mobile bill was stopped by me and the amount of bill accumulated to Rs. 2800/-. On the intervention of your officials, Ms Niki and Mr. Daljit singh, i deposited the amount to the tune of Rs. 2200/- vide receipt No. 54624714, dated 14.07.2012, on the commitment that waiver of Rs. 600/- is allowed and it was also assured that a waiver of Rs. 200/- approximately will be give in the next bill, but the waiver is not allowed to me till date. I had approached your airtel office but no body come forwarded to solve my complaint. It is therefore, requested that please do not make fools to your customers and take action against the delinquents who has made mockery with me. In order to have the payment of my mobile bill dated 18.8.2012, the requisite waiver of Rs. 600/- and late payment charges of the bills may kindly be waived off and send a revised bill so that the payment of the said bill could be made in time.
