I had filed complaint (60605/4/2013) with core.nic.in on 24th July’2013. I had several round of conversation with Airtel staff related to this. Finally on 29th July I got call from Airtel from 9971000270 and the person told me that amount Rs. 897 has been reversed and he confirmed that to me. He refused to give me any service request no regarding the same. Now when I called yesterday again then they said that your reversal is not valid and no reversal will be given.

I feeling harassed and totally cheated in this case. I want you to take strict action against Bharti Airtel. This is wastage of customer time and money. These private operators are doing whatever they want.
