Airtel -did not disconnect the Broadband

Dear Sir I have registered a Cancellation request for my Broadband connection of No. 07314213997. Initially i have changed my residence and shifted to new place and the request for shifting has been done on 2.5.13 request no. for this is 32244776. After which the connection could not be shifted to my new address due to Company issues.After which the Airtel company people had a long long follow up for the transfer to some other person for the same connection, which was not required. Since the Connection was not active and was not transferrable so the cancellation request was given on 1st july 2013 whose request no is 34958686. After that also the Airtel did not disconnect the Broadband connection and generated the retention bill. After contacting the seniors and airtel officials they convinced to shift the no. and waiver off the outstanding amount.

Relief in amount to be paid and whatsoever decided by the forum
