I purchased on one airtel dizital disc for getting the vyas-1 and vyasii channel. which are a educational channel. we need that channel for educational purposes of our college. but after installation i found that the channel which i need was not available in the purchased one. immediately i informed it to the shop owner. but the shopkeeper told me to contact the customer care of the airtel company. i talked with the customer care personal in the no. 01244448xxx. but the airtel customer care person told asked me to surrender their equipmnt to the respective shopkeeper and he also told me that they will not refund my money. i demanded my money from the airtel company. but again and again they told me that their company has no role for refunding customers money.

immediate refund of my money which is rs.2100 and a order to the company to refund emmediately the money which they received from the customer in exchange of their product. and compensation of rs. 50,000/-( rupees fifty thousand ) only.
