I am having an Airtel Dish TV installed at my residence with Digital TV ID 3010137746.I had subscribed for Value Sports.During the Month of Oct-Nov 2012 Airtel on their own upgraded my package to whereas i did not make any request, thereafter I called up 0120-4444448080 and lodged a complaint they told me that I should first get my account recharged thereafter they would restore my selected package and also refund the excess amount deducted. I recharged my account with Rs.400/- on 11 Dec 2012 which would have been valid for a month but now again I am getting message that my account balance is low and I should recharge my account. On 03 Jan 2013 I again called up Airtel on the above Tel No. and they now say it will take one month to restore to my original subscription and I should recharge my account
I want my pack to be restored to Value Sports with Monthly Subscription of Rs. 200/- for the main set top box and Rs. 160/ for the second set top box, and refund of excess charges deducted by Airtel.
