I have not recharged AIRTEL DTH connection (consumer No. 3001226730) past few months due to some reason. However, air tel customer care continue me to call to recharge DTH connection else the same will be permanently disabled. At last I have online recharged my connection with Rs.160.00 as per guidance of phone call received from Ms. Hina of Airtel. As per her if I recharge with Rs.160.00, my connection will be blocked by her and whenever I want to use connection, Rs.160.00 will be credited to my account. After 3-4 days I have contacted AIRTEL customer care on Ph. No. 020-44448xxx, I learnt that no such facilities available. Immediately I have file complain to AIRTEL by email but till date they have not refunded my money nor they have taken any responsibilities. They are misguiding me by email by saying “Unpleasant Service” by them. I think this is their practice to earn money and so many customers cheated like me. Please help me and many more.
Refund to me of Rs.160.00. Action to take against such employees / managers / policy makers of the AIRTEL and refund to all other customers.
